Refund policy

Returns:

We hope you love every FTMÁ Piece. However, if your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to accept returns. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant or any other marks and odours.
  

As a small independent brand, every return is inspected carefully before a refund is processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as FTMÁ cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
