We hope you love your FTMÁ purchase. If for any reason it isn’t quite right for you, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged or marked with makeup, perfume or odours.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Exchanges

As we are a small independent brand launching in limited quantities, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another size or colour, please return your original item for a refund nd place a new order (subject to availability)

Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
